my tummy did not go in even its been 7 week for delivery. I had C sec. it looks like i am still pregnant. what should I do for that.

A. Give some time for your body to heal properly. There’s a lot of time to lose the weight and also the tummy fat and you can start brisk walking as early as eight weeks after surgery itself but don’t do any activity that we put pressure on your abdomen until six monthsWrite Your Answer Here
