my toddler is having a rash on the right hand as in the attached picture I kindly suggest what to do

A. Calamine lotion is very good to b used in the skin of the child and also going to b good enough for the child and also if h need to use can also check with your doc once regarding the same and also if needed u can apply calamine lotion 3-5 times in the day
