My three months baby crying a lot because of pain near ears, little swelling and reddish. What medicine to take

A. You can give paracetamol as a painkiller right now but you have to have an assessment with an ENT doctor to actually know and understand what is the problem as for the treatment can be based only on the understanding of the problem that is there
