Q.

My three and a half year old son passes lots of gases..why so..he sometimes controls potty because hes little bit afraid of passing hard stool. can u please suggest me good medicine/ syrup for gases?

A. you can give as well neopeptine syrup to the baby 2.5 ml 2 times a dayConstipation is quite common in babies you have to do modification of food baby will be taking we have to include fibre in the diet of the baby you lot of fruits seasonally available like mango papaya banana and adequate water for the baby to drink
