My three and a half month daughter's urine colour becomes dark yellow with redness due to continuous high temperature in our city. How can I prevent it? Can I give her fresh water?

A. hi please visit your pediatrician,it is very important give plenty of breastfeeds make sure your child get enough milk keep your child in well vantileted room prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child
