My sons watery diarrhoea doesnt subside though i have been using probiotic since a day help

A. Probiotics are never enough you have to go for a dietary alteration where you have to completely stop giving milk secondly also I would advise you if it is not subsiding please get us told as done once because that is going to give you the correct reason why your child is suffering with diarrhoea and accordingly for the medication for the child can be suggested
