My son yesterday night start Fever till now temperature 100 normal sir

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medizcines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. Fevers from bacterial infections go away after 1-3 days of taking the correct antibiotic, but may improve even without it. If your child still has a fever after taking 3 days of antibiotics they should be seen again by their GP. immediately.
