My 11month baby having fever when I checked temperature it is 100..

If your baby is having fever then it can be due to viral infection and also please check for Covid infection and also you can give paracetamol drops to the baby and take the baby to the paediatrician tomorrow and also you can do a bit spongy with your soft warm cloth
