Q.

My son will be 1 yr in a week...he s clapping but when i say do bye bye he doesn’t wave...he start doing clapping....i donot knw if he s confused or doesnt figure between clapping n bye bye...he doesnt point but he move his arm towards the direction he wants me to take him.....does it comes under pointing or pointing has to be with index finger....please reply

A. it is not necessary that the child should do the pointing part with the help of index finger only I would recommend that you should just try to focus on communicating a lot with their child gradually the child would be able to get the hang of things
