my son who will be 10 this July on 2021 and is 5ft tall and weighs 52 kg is every now and then having itching and rashes with pimples on his under arm. please suggest??

A. hi please visit your pediatrician for once. keep that area clean. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. apply thin layer of coconut oil there. or apply aloe vera gel. maintain good hygiene
