My son who is 4yr 8 months old he speaks few words only most of the words he will say paaaa while speaking counting also 1to 3 he will pronounce it as paaa. What to do Maam

A. It would be better for you to consult a speech therapist I think your child is not having proper speech as per the age by this age kids can speak quite a lot so better to consult a speech therapist one time
