my son was not taking bottle feed how can I train him to take bottle feed

Try Giving it with bowl and spoon child be used to some another kind of milk first and then you can start giving feeding bottle because sometimes kids do not like the taste of milk that you are giving so let your child be used to the Milk test first try giving it with a spoon
