Q.
My son was having lot of heat rash near neck , back , face..What are the home remedy to get cure from heat rash? What food should I avoid for my baby ?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene and make your baby wear comfortable clothing as per the season. If required give a sponge bath to reduce the intensity of the heat. Keep your baby hydrated all through the day. Avoid oily spicy foods while breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
