my son was 6 yrs 11 months old,he is very active in a day he was almost spend time in swimming, cycling and playing cricket, basketball but he is suffering with tummy fat,neck and underarms blackness.his weight is 29kgs

Could be due to sweat the skin is turning such , try to use home made scrub as such or ubtan in between would be helpful
also make sure the child is well hydrated with fluids as such, and also prefer more of home made and natural foods.

Your child is physically so active it’s actually very difficult to believe that your child is so much overweight but I think Since your child is in too many activities then the diet would also b more that’s y so u can include more of fibre in the the diet Write Your Answer Here
