Q.
My son vomits often not everyday though. he develops gastritis issues it seems. he often burps during the day and while burping he vomits small amount sometimes more. is this normal for some infants? Any suggestions for home remedies? I have twins and the other one doesn't have such issues.

may try giving saunf Or ajwain water fre sips.. if any discomfort, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
