Q.
My Son vomits just after the meal. What is the reason and what's the solution. Please suggest.

Give easily digestible food
after vomiting wait for half an hour then give vomiting medicine and then again wait for half an hour and then give only easily digestible food and if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor as soon as possible

You should not over feed or force feed her.
include more probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi in her diet.
Give her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the day time
reduce the intake of milk, maida items , packaged and processed food
