Q.
My son vomit as soon as he eat something with milk especially in morning Lots of cough come out along with all food.

It Maybe your child is generally having position in the chest and throat of the child which is why your child is vomiting like this so you should once get a check with your paediatrician and start nebulising the child that will really help a lot in reducing down the congestion in the chest and throat of your child
