my son turns 6 yr in March. two weeks back his lower tooth fell. is that ok or I should I b worried?

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it us okay some times the milk teeth start shedding a little early and there is nothing that needs to be done as of now maintain good oral hygiene and visit a dentist once every 6 months

But why should you be worried in the first place that even I would like to know because this process can start any time after the age of 4 1/2 years so nothing to be worried about and the new teeth will come when the time is right so don’t get worried about anything
