paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day.
you can also apply ice over the injection site.
if there is local swellinrg you can apply ice as well as thrombophob gel.
vaccine fever usually srubsides in max 2 to 3 days but if it continues beyond 3 days meet your dr to rule out any other causes of fever

It would be due to pain into the swelling area where the vaccination has been given so keep cold pack or ice cube on that to settle down the swelling it is going to give ease to the child with that paracetamol that you’re giving your child is going to sleep better
