my baby took his monthly vaccine today and is having slight fever...so today when we gave him crocin drops and burpbed him a little he spitup/ vommit milk through his nose and mouth and he became stiff..is it a seizure???

A. if you are concerned about seizure it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter to clear this...
