Q.

My son speaks only 5 to 6 words, he is earing ability is strong but speaking in very weak, he is 2.8 now, do he need any therapy or medication

A. hi parent reduce her screen time don't use demineralized water for drinking get yourself involved in her activities and games take sunbathing daily with her and ears covered in the morning massage her with Babyhug massage oil talk to her maintaining eye contact
