Q.
my son speaks all letter of English alphabet but when we ask them to speak other words like mom , papa, didi... he does not.....how to move ahead?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than two years three months of age if the baby is taking all the alphabets and baby is not speaking monosyllables if baby is speaking other words probably no need to worry

If your baby is speaking alphabets then you baby can you speak. Now you have to take some efforts like while talking to your baby use more and more words and small sentences. Don’t give anything to your baby till they speak and ask. Ask your baby to speak and take. Still doesn’t get results then join the speech therapy
