My son sleeps on his stomach always and hardly sleeps on his back.

That’s okay after the age of three months you can start giving tummy time to the child and a lot of kids are more comfortable sleeping on their tummy which is good not a problem but make sure that the head position should be changed one of the right head is on the bed then the next time should be the left side otherwise the head is going to get Flat from that side which is most often i going to be on the bed
