My son sir speeking a single words but not telling full sentence..like mummy I'm going to outside for playing

That’s okay madam that’s not a problem you teach your child how to frame a sentence it’s not a big deal as per the age the more you talk the more your teacher start with small sentence where are you going I am going out to play so teach your child these things read and narrate stories to teach a child how to favour sentence how to say your feelings emotions or whatever you wanna say
