My son's weight is 5kg and his birth weight is 3.1Kg. am breastfeeding exclusively.

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear the weight of the child is perfectly fine the weight increases by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breastfed baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast
