my son's tongue has turned black hairy.whats the reason plz tell

See black colour is usually seen on the tongue and teeth if you’re giving any kind of supplements to the child so that case it would not be a problem but I don’t understand this black hairy thing that you’re talking about in that case it’s better to check with your doctor
