Q.

My son's age is 13+ month. He daily drinks 600ml of water. Is this sufficient or should it be increased ? Pls mention the quantity. Thank you.

A. Dear ma’am, what’s his current weight? Ideally 100ml fluids per kg body weight for the first 10kgs is the requirement. However, let him regulate his thirst. See to it that his urine count is normal and clear. That will tell how well the kid is hydrated.
