my son passing very loose stools 4 times a day for past 5 days. baby is active.what should I do now.

Give easily digestible homemade healthy foods like vegetable soups or khichadi. Include curd and buttermilk to improve your child’s digestion and gut health. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
