my son of 1 year2month weight 8.7kg is suffering from diarrhea and fever .sir pls help

Liquid motions are mainly infection And is treated by just probiotics like enterogermina and o r s to drink for prevention of any type of dehydration . If any vomiting then emset can be given for that . Also avoid milk for some days as it is not digested well

Give sporolac Twice a day and also you can give paracetamol to your child you can repeat this medicine after every six hours if it is required also going to advise you that you should just not give milk to your child at all just banana and curd is going to be a good option to go for
