Q.

my son not taking milk long time he is drink some milk and going to sleep. I felt like I don't have milk

A. if u have low milk supply have Lactation tablets have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
