my son not pooing since 5 days??

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello parent your kid is 3 months old baby is not pooping , some baby pass stools once in 3 to 5 days as long as a child is active taking feeds well without vomitings do not worry

give.some tummy time to baby. baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months.
