my son moksh age 2.5 year having vomiting nd diarhea from yesterday ...nd today fever comes treatment :emeset syrup,zinconia syeup,ibugesic plus syrup,zifi 100 mg syrup ,entero respules

can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times ads per dr's recommendations.
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loxose motion is in more quantity to prevent dehydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
syp emeset / ondem 5ml for vomiting.
