my son Mitansh is 4y 10 months old and he is not pooping regularly. He pooped after 2 to 3 days.

A. hi well, it's natural process although if child is feeling problems like low apetite,low weight, please do the following things to avoid it.: keep your child well hydrated give easily digestible food items like khichdi, rice, fruits etc more give soup, coconut water, buttermilk, nimbupani etc avoid giving outside food items encourage your child to do more physical activities
