Q.
my son is vomiting since last 2 days ...after giving zofer susp, frequency of vomiting has decreased but not stopped totally..he is not taking food ..and having fever at some times...what is happening to my child and which medicine shall I give...plz help

whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for few days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
