Q.

My son is very playful. But sometimes he gets angry. And don't believe anyone, then and if you give the mobile, then it will be quiet. He has got into the habit of looking at mobiles.

A. Hello dear parent! Such mood swings are mainly due to screens. Limit the screen time. Spend more time with your child as a family. Communicate and interact more with your child. Involve your child in family meals and activities. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
