at first , gradually stop buying it for your child.
try to set good example by following healthy eating habits.
make food presentation attractive
for example
prepare nuts Lolly pop at home ,I mean roast all nuts ,crush them all not fully crushed ,then add honey or jeggary ,ghee and give shape of lollipop
offer fruits in different shapes like star heart smiles etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in them.
