Q.

My son is telling shapes colors nd alphabets .. but not communicating with us. When we call him also he didn’t give reply. If he wants anything he drags our hand to there.. plz give me the solution

A. everything thing is new for them and needs time. they just need help. if he's not responding to sounds see a hearing specialist called audiologist.

A. hai, every child is special and they have their own ways. when he points tell him this is..... and give or ask him you want ..... or .....(this or that names) eg. are u pointing to spoon or bowl... just encourage them to speak, appreciate and clap when they say thing. even after long also same or worse then see a speech therapist. also see if he is having trouble hearing things.

A. Hello dear parent! Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Get your child personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice.
