Q.

my Son is suffering with fever, cold and cough, i hve given syp synarest with doctor advice. but still it not decreased, what I do suggest me

A. now for this. as for in this case I would ask you to take the advise from the near by doctor and then which can follow the advise for this issue so can be done . .
