#my son is suffering from stomach pain and mild fever what should I do as this is persistent since 1 month now

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamold and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluidsd at regular intervals ands regular diet and meet the doctor immediately.
