my son is suffering from high fever last 4 days. crp level is 109.dr prescribed antibiotic and said body has an infection. is antibiotics reduce crp level?? i am very much worried. but the child is active when fever gone.

A. if the baby is having infection definitely with antibiotics the CRP will come down. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
