My son is suffering from fever from morning i gave paracetamol drops of 0.5 ml at 10 am still he is having fever of 99.8 f again can i give him drops and how much ml can i give plz suggest and at what time again i can give

A. may be any viral. Temperature more than 99 ° f is fever . It should be checked 2 to 3 times . Paracetamol can be given 3 to 4 times for fever . It may be due to any infection or seasonal variation .
