Q.
my son have 102.9 F fever at 5.30 pm today after one dose of paracetamol in morning at 9 am.. is it viral fever

Hello, your baby boy is 2.4 years old and he is having a fever upto 102.4 degrees then mostly it may be due to viral infection or heat stroke if you are residing at hot region like Rajasthan so give him ibugesic plus syrup 5 ml sos and plenty of water and fruits juice then consult with paediatrician

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is not possible to tell whether the baby is having what type of fever if the fever is only a day or two we can treat the baby with paracetamol is persisting be and this consult a doctor
