my son is suffering from dysentery and severe stimach pain, should i give cyclopam or drotin ds syrup for pain relief?

You can give any of the two medicines both are very good to be given for stomach pain but check with your doctor it could be associated with stomach infection also or food poisoning also once the doctor is going to examine they can advise you correctly with further medicines to be given
