Q.

My son is suffering from cold and cough which food can give to him. Suddenly fever came is it common.

A. hi. you can give food like dal khichdi, wheat daliya adding veggies and ghee, , bajra raab, lentil soups, vegetable soups, ragi porridge, dal roti, and lots of fluids.
