my son is showing signs of constipation what are the home remedies should I follow.? also I gave him Gastica twice

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. if you already started semi solids than, offer well cooked, soft, semi solid food.
Add veggies n fruits in weaning food.
Give sips of water after giving solids.
