My son is releasing a lot of water like foam from his mouth and he is making the little milk split but it is making him very uncomfortable although I am still burping him.so what can I do?

A. hi. spit up clear fluids are mosly saliva. burping is importsnt to avoid soit up, snd mother shoukd eat healthy diet. avoid active plays, swings right after feeding.
