My son is pooping 3 to 4 times in a day in this hot humid weather. Is this normal?

Yes due to heat sometimes having heat or spicy food cause indigestion thus motions.
Give adequate water,fluids(heat reducing fluids buttermilk,coconut water,barley,lemon water,orange juice).,water melon,musk melon,cucumber,lauki water content fruits ,vegetables .
Give sabudana kheer or home made buttter with rock sugar powder to controll motions if any.
