Q.

my son is one year one month , breast milk is not enough to drink so I gave bottle milk but he didn't drink even I change brand cow milk aavin milk etc he is not interested in drinking the milk other than breast milk so can I give hime badham milk

A. Hai good morning !! If baby is on solids feed 3 meals ,2 snacks ,one - two times milk is enough or else give milk/curd rice,curd in regular diet to meet the requirement. Yes you can give badam milk(almond milk) home made soak almonds overnight or 5-6 hours grind into paste or milk shake consistency by adding milk,water use rock sugar or jaggery powder or dates syrup for sweetness offer daily or alternate days. Dont choose packed or outside badam milk as they are processed ,might contain sugars,preservatives not healthy for daily .
