My son is off diapers but keeps getting rashes on the butt. His doctor had recommended using Flutibact to treat it and also use Bioderma's Attoderm Cream for regular use. Please advise

A. Hi, whenever baby passes urine make sure to clean it with a neat cotton cloth and apply little coconut oil and then put cotton diaper.make sure to change it once the baby passes urine. So repeat apply coconut oil before putting a new diaper it might be re-usable or normal diaper. Use thin soft cotton clothes. Maintain hygiene. Also continue using a doctor suggested cream. See the changes after using coconut oil.If any improvement then you can continue that. Always take diaper one size bigger than the actual size so that there will be easy airflow.
