my son is of 2years 5 months and his appetite is very weak he doesn't eat anything no fruits no spices nothing just ghee rice bottle milk roti dosa all lite foods and his weight is not all increasing and neither his height can you please suggest me how do I clear this issue with my son.

A. hi. try giving ur child well balance diet,inclufingall food groups. give all seasobal fruit n vegetables. offer verity of food with diffrent radte n texture . keep trying.
